Welcome to MARL. These terms of use (“terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of MARL products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About us

This website is operated by Tarig Bouazzati, trading as MARL, Mons, Belgium (“MARL”, “we”, “us” or “our”). You can contact us at hello@marlcare.co.uk.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely by Stripe on its hosted checkout page; we never see or store your full payment card details. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We deliver within the UK only. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

A single jar is £24 plus £3 UK delivery. A subscription jar is £19 with free UK delivery.

3. Subscriptions

• A subscription sends you one jar every 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks, at the rhythm you choose in the Atelier. Each jar is charged when it is due, at the subscription price shown at checkout, with free UK delivery.
• Through a creator’s link, your first subscription jar is £14; later jars are £19.
• You can pause, resume or cancel your subscription at any time from My MARL. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and until then you can keep the subscription. A completed cancellation is final; you can start a new subscription later.
• A refund of a jar does not cancel your subscription.

4. Your account

Access to My MARL is passwordless. After a purchase, the link in your order email signs you in; after that, we email you a six-digit code when you ask to sign in. Keep your email account secure and do not share sign-in links or codes. A link or code that has been used or has expired no longer works.

5. Product information

MARL Natural Deodorant is a cosmetic deodorant, not an antiperspirant and not a medicinal product. Product descriptions on this site are provided for general information and are not medical advice. We recommend a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, imagery, video, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to MARL and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described, and to cancelling online orders. Nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights. Please see our Returns and refunds page for your rights and for our 30-day happiness guarantee, which is in addition to them.

10. Creators

MARL creators take part in the creator programme under the MARL Creator Agreement, which they read and accept in their creator account. These terms do not replace that agreement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
